Services Provided – Pet Biz offers pet walking and pet watching services as agreed upon at the time of booking.
Bookings & Cancellations – Appointments must be booked in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Access to Property – The client agrees to provide Pet Biz with the necessary means to access their property (keys, codes, or other instructions) for scheduled services. All keys and access information will be handled securely and returned upon request.
Pet Health & Safety – The client is responsible for providing accurate health and behavior information about their pet(s). Pet Biz reserves the right to refuse service to pets that display aggressive behavior or pose a safety risk.
Emergencies – In the event of a pet emergency, Pet Biz will make reasonable efforts to contact the owner immediately. If the owner is unavailable, Pet Biz may seek the authority or veterinary care at the owner’s expense.
Liability – While every effort is made to ensure the safety and well-being of pets and property, Pet Biz is not liable for injury, illness, or damage that occurs beyond our reasonable control.
